Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayDraymond Green received a warning from the NBA following his interaction with a fan during a game on Sunday at the New Orleans Pelicans. The fan yelled "Angel Reese" at Green during the game. Green initially laughed but eventually confronted him when it was repeated several times.
"It was a good joke at first, but you can't keep calling me a woman," Green said postgame about the reference to Reese. "I got four kids, one on the way. You can't keep calling me a woman."
Green and the fan interacted without intervention for several moments before referee Coutney Kirkland broke it up. The fan was not ejected but was given a warning.
"He was talking at first," Draymond Green said. "Then you get a little closer and he didn't really say much else. But it's fine. We move on."
"As long as it doesn't escalate, it's fine [for a player] to go over and have a discussion," Steve Kerr said. "It would have been nice if security had gotten there a little bit earlier."
