Devin Carter and the Boston Celtics have agreed to a contract that will allow him to complete in camp for either a standard NBA contract roster spot or a Two-Way contract.

Carter was traded by the Sacramento Kings this offseason in order for the team to get below the second apron. Carter was subsequently waived by the Atlanta Hawks.

Carter appeared in 38 games last season with the Kings, averaging 8.9 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 18.4 minutes.

Carter was the 13th overall pick in the 2024 NBA draft by the Kings out of Providence.
