The opening round of the 2026 SMX Playoffs turned into a true mud race. Cooper Webb also had to deal with the treacherous conditions, where simply staying upright was sometimes a challenge in itself.

Webb battled his way through the mud throughout the day and even managed to reach the podium in one of the two motos. Just as important, he made it through the difficult race without injury. After the first playoff round, Webb sits third in the championship standings.
