Orgo-Life the new way to the future

The transition from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean brings an entirely different style of chartering. Long lunches on deck give way to barefoot beach setups, shallow turquoise anchorages, serious fishing and days when almost everything happens on, in or beside the water.

For Winter 2026/27, WABASH is making that transition.

The 40.24-meter Benetti Supreme 132 motor yacht is accepting bookings for the coming Caribbean season, with cruising opportunities across the Bahamas and wider Caribbean. Accommodating up to 12 guests in six cabins and supported by a professional crew of eight, WABASH combines the volume and refinement expected from a Benetti with an unusually adventure-focused setup for guests who want to do considerably more than simply relax on deck.

Following her recent refit, she heads into the new winter season with a particularly compelling combination: sophisticated Italian design, substantial long-range capability, a fold-down beach club and one of the more interesting collections of fishing and watersports equipment available aboard a yacht in her category.

From the Mediterranean to the Caribbean for Winter 2026/27

After completing her Mediterranean summer program, WABASH will reposition west for the winter charter season, opening the possibility of itineraries through the Bahamas and other established Caribbean cruising grounds.

This dual-season program suits the yacht particularly well.

WABASH was conceived as a long-range cruising platform rather than simply a yacht for short coastal passages. With a range of approximately 3,400 nautical miles, she has the autonomy to support more ambitious itineraries while still providing the comfort expected from a contemporary luxury motor yacht.

In the Caribbean, however, that capability is only part of the story.

The region rewards yachts that can function as self-contained bases for exploration. Guests may spend the morning fishing offshore, move into a protected anchorage for lunch, spend the afternoon swimming and using the toys, and finish the day with a private beach setup before returning aboard for dinner.

WABASH is unusually well configured for exactly this kind of charter.

“WABASH is interesting because she can deliver two very different sides of a Caribbean charter. You have the comfort, space and service expected aboard a 40-metre Benetti, but then you have the Valhalla fishing tender, beach setup, diving equipment and extensive toys. For families or groups who genuinely want to use the water every day, that combination can make a significant difference.”

Why WABASH Is Particularly Well Suited to the Bahamas

The Bahamas are not simply a collection of beautiful beaches. They comprise hundreds of islands and cays separated by extraordinary expanses of shallow, clear water, making the yacht itself fundamental to how much of the destination guests can experience.

WABASH offers an interesting balance for a Bahamas yacht charter.

At 40 meters, she provides the accommodation, service and living spaces of a substantial superyacht, while her 2.23-meter draft allows access to many of the cruising areas that make the archipelago so rewarding.

A charter might begin with time around Nassau before moving towards the Exumas, where the itinerary becomes increasingly centered around deserted beaches, sandbars, snorkeling, fishing and anchorages rather than traditional ports.

For guests considering this part of the Caribbean, our Bahamas yacht charter and Exumas guides provide a useful starting point for comparing the different cruising areas and understanding how much can realistically be included within a seven-day itinerary.

A Benetti Supreme 132 with Space for 12 Guests

Built by Benetti in 2018, WABASH belongs to the Italian shipyard’s Supreme 132 series and measures 40.24 meters with a substantial 8.18-meter beam.

She accommodates up to 12 guests across six cabins, configured as four doubles and two twins.

The master suite is positioned on the main deck and offers a particularly generous private environment, while the remaining accommodation provides families and mixed groups considerable flexibility in allocating cabins.

That six-cabin arrangement is worth highlighting.

For larger groups considering a Caribbean charter, accommodation can quickly become one of the principal limitations when comparing yachts. WABASH combines genuine superyacht volume with a layout that accommodates up to 12 guests without forcing the group into fewer cabins.

Throughout the interior, floor-to-ceiling glazing brings considerable natural light into the guest areas and reinforces the visual connection with the surrounding sea.

Outdoor Living from the Jacuzzi to the Beach Club

WABASH’s exterior spaces become particularly relevant once she reaches the Caribbean.

Multiple deck levels provide separate environments for dining, sunbathing, and relaxing, allowing a larger group to spend the entire day outside without everyone occupying the same area.

On the foredeck, a Jacuzzi and surrounding sunpads create a private terrace for enjoying the view while underway or at anchor.

At the opposite end of the yacht, the fold-down transom opens into a beach club directly at water level.

In destinations such as the Bahamas, where much of the day revolves around swimming and moving between yacht, tender and shore, this becomes one of the most frequently used spaces on board rather than simply another design feature.

Stabilizers both underway and at anchor add another layer of comfort, particularly when guests choose to remain outside for much of the day.

A 37-Foot Valhalla Tender Changes the Experience

One feature deserves particular attention: WABASH carries an 11.3-meter / 37-foot Valhalla towed tender that is fully rigged for fishing.

That is considerably more than a conventional yacht tender.

For guests who take fishing seriously, the ability to leave the mothership aboard a dedicated sport-fishing boat creates possibilities that a standard tender simply cannot offer. It also allows part of the group to head out for a fishing trip while other guests remain aboard WABASH or enjoy a completely different activity.

The Caribbean and Bahamas offer exceptional opportunities for fishing, and WABASH complements the Valhalla with top-level fishing equipment, as well as spearfishing and lobster gear where their use is legally permitted.

This makes her particularly interesting to families or groups for whom fishing is not simply an occasional activity but an important part of the holiday.

Watersports, E-Foils, Seabobs and a Waterslide

Guests who would rather be in the water than fishing are equally well catered for.

WABASH carries two Waverunners, two Seabobs, a Jetsurf, three e-foil boards, two stand-up paddleboards, towable toys, snorkeling equipment and an inflatable waterslide.

She also carries scuba equipment and a dive compressor for rendezvous diving arrangements.

Rather than treating the toy inventory as a checklist, what matters is how it changes the rhythm of a charter.

An anchorage in the Exumas can become an entire day’s playground. Some guests can explore by paddleboard or Seabob, others can use the e-foils, while children enjoy the waterslide and another part of the group heads out aboard the Valhalla.

There is no need for everyone to follow the same program.

And that flexibility is often exactly what larger family groups need.

Beach Days That Begin from the Yacht

WABASH also carries equipment for curated beach setups.

This may seem like a small detail compared with a Jacuzzi or large chase tender, but in the Caribbean it can become one of the defining elements of the experience.

A deserted Bahamian beach can become the setting for lunch, drinks or an afternoon ashore organised by the crew, with the yacht remaining anchored nearby.

It is a very different experience from arriving at a conventional beach club. There is no timetable, no crowd and no requirement to adapt the day around an existing venue.

The crew creates the experience around the guests.

Beyond the Bahamas: Building a Wider Caribbean Itinerary

Although the Bahamas are an obvious fit for WABASH, her Winter 2026/27 program also offers opportunities to explore other parts of the Caribbean, depending on confirmed positioning and dates.

The Leeward Islands offer a different style of charter, with destinations such as St Martin, Anguilla and St Barths combining beautiful anchorages with restaurants, beach clubs and a stronger social scene ashore.

For guests primarily interested in natural landscapes and island-hopping, other Caribbean cruising areas may offer an entirely different experience.

This is why we generally recommend choosing the Caribbean itinerary only after understanding what the group wants from the charter.

A Bahamas itinerary built around fishing, deserted beaches and watersports is fundamentally different from a week centered around St Barths and the Leeward Islands, even aboard exactly the same yacht.

Our destination guides about chartering a yacht in the Bahamas, Caribbean, Leeward Islands and more charter destinations, can help compare these possibilities before the itinerary is developed in detail with the captain.

Connectivity Without Losing the Caribbean Experience

For guests who need to remain connected during their charter, WABASH is equipped with Starlink and onboard Wi-Fi.

Reliable connectivity has become increasingly important aboard charter yachts, whether for guests working remotely, teenagers using their devices, or families who simply want to stream entertainment and communicate normally throughout the trip.

It can be particularly valuable in the Caribbean, where itineraries often deviate from major ports and developed islands.

Yet the real luxury remains being able to disconnect from it whenever you choose.

Planning a Caribbean Charter Around the Guests, Not a Standard Route

A yacht with WABASH’s capabilities should not be paired automatically with a generic seven-day Caribbean itinerary.

Before recommending a route, our yacht charter brokers at Your Boat Holiday consider the group’s composition and how they expect to spend their time.

Are there serious fishermen aboard? Are the children interested primarily in watersports? Does the group prefer deserted beaches or sophisticated restaurants ashore? Is this a first Caribbean charter, or have the guests already explored the Exumas and want to discover somewhere different?

Those answers can change both the destination and the yacht we recommend.

Our work also extends beyond identifying available yachts. We liaise directly with central agencies, yacht managers and captains to obtain current crew profiles, references, operational information and proposed itineraries before clients make their final decision.

For guests chartering for the first time, our First-Time Yacht Charter Guide also explains the wider booking process, including contracts, APA, preferences and what happens between confirmation and embarkation.

WABASH Winter 2026/27 Charter Rates

For Winter 2026/27, WABASH is currently offered from $170,000 per week during low season, rising to $190,000 per week for high-season periods, plus applicable taxes and charter expenses.

Final rates, availability, and terms depend on the requested dates and cruising area and should always be confirmed at the time of inquiry.

For guests unfamiliar with the structure of yacht charter pricing, our dedicated APA guide explains how fuel, food and beverages, marina fees and other variable expenses are handled separately from the base charter fee.
