Like any opening day, Round 1 of the 2026 Triple Crown Series was a highly anticipated event. With new teams, new riders, and a plethora of fast title contenders, everyone was excited for the gate to drop at Wild Rose MX Park. Thankfully, the racing on the track didn’t lack any intensity as every rider was going for it. In the 250 Pro/AM class, it was the defending champion, Preston Kilroy who took the win. In the 450 class, Dylan Wright showed that he’s back and possibly better than ever by winning both motos. Finally, the WMX class had some of the best racing of the day as visiting American Jordan Jarvis used a 3-1 moto score to stand on the top step of the podium. Now, the series moves east to beautiful Manitoba for Round 2. However, before looking too far ahead, let’s return to Calgary and a collection of photos from photographer Zach Burke.
