Arsenal are reportedly inviting offers from Galatasaray for both Gabriel Martinelli and Ethan Nwaneri as Andrea Berta is tasked with making sales.

This could also see the likes of Gabriel Jesus, Reiss Nelson, and Fabio Vieira leave the Emirates Stadium before the end of the summer.

That’s according to BBC Sport, who also add that Martin Zubimendi is attracting interest from clubs in Spain.

Our information remains that Nwaneri is now more likely to remain at Arsenal, but it is true that he has clubs interested in him as his future is still not 100% decided.

Sami Mokbel mentions some similar names eyeing Nwaneri up in his report, as well as Premier League side Fulham.

Who could be leaving Arsenal this summer?

It seems Arsenal sporting director Andrea Berta has “been tasked with ensuring the club are active sellers” in this window, according to Mokbel.

The BBC reporter adds that this could see Berta rely on some contacts in Turkey, hence the discussions with Galatasaray about Martinelli and Nwaneri.

For now, it seems the interest in Martinelli is more concrete, with the Turkish giants making a verbal offer for the Brazil international.

Meanwhile, there’s talk of Nelson going to West Ham, though some Arsenal fans might be disappointed to hear that the sale will only be worth around £3m.

Arsenal surely need to keep Martin Zubimendi

Names like Jesus and Vieira are not too surprising, but many Gunners supporters will surely be hoping that the Zubimendi interest doesn’t amount to anything.

The Spain international was superb in his first season in Mikel Arteta’s side, even if he looked a little fatigued towards the end of the campaign after playing so many games.

The arrival of Bruno Guimaraes perhaps pushes Zubimendi down the pecking order, but Arteta will also want a big squad and there seems little sense in letting such a top player go.

Zubimendi has also been linked with Chelsea by Simon Phillips as Xabi Alonso is said to be a big fan, but AFC will also surely do what they can to avoid selling him to a rival.
