Arnold Allen is expecting a fun fight at UFC Vegas 117

Against Melquizael Costa, Arnold Allen is expecting a fan-friendly fight as he knows they are both aggressive and fun strikers.

Yet, Allen believes his experience and his overall skill set will be the difference in why he beats Costa and returns to the win column.

“I think that’s why they made the matchup, right? We’re two aggressive southpaws,” Allen said. “He’s a finisher, I throw a lot of hands, both of us don’t really wrestle. I think he probably wrestles more than me. I’ve seen him wrestle in his fights a bit more, like trips and grappling. Yeah, two good strikers, aggresive strikers. He’s a finisher. I try and punch people. Yeah, it’s going to be good.”

Arnold Allen enters UFC Vegas 117 with a record of 20-5 and is coming off a loss to Jean Silva. Before that, he beat Giga Chikadze by decision after back-to-back losses to Movsar Evloev and Max Holloway. He’s set for his third UFC main event on Saturday.

Do you think Arnold Allen will beat Melquizael Costa at UFC Vegas 117?
