Hi all, looking to gather Aerodynamic / fast swing speed frame lovers here so that we can know which rackets are similar n perhaps be the next racket to buy. I share my list from personal exp, starting from fastest frame (I like those with slight head heavy):

1) Gosen Cocytus Edge 4U G6
The inferno frame really makes the racket very fast (need a few games to not hit the frame lol) and its head heavy while mid stiff shaft makes it easy to generate power but sometimes feels smashes r a bit flat n not sharp enough

2) Victor Bravesword 11 3U G5
The trademark bravesword frame need no intro. I prefer this over BS12 due to BS11 being a bit more HH and slightly stiffer

3) Victor Bravesword 12 3U G5
Perhaps the most user friendly & easy to get used to racket i ever used, despite its fast frame design. Very easy for defence but smashes not so much

4) Yonex Armortec 900 technique
Also very user friendly & easy to get used to. Quite easy for defence & smashes but somehow the frame feel weak when i played with it (I dun own 1, borrowed from fren to test).

Special mention) Yonex Ti-10 black white yellow 3U G5
My all time fav. Thou it is not designed as a fast frame racket but somehow I feel its slight HH and shaft makes it generating fast racket head speed n is easy to lift / smash. But too bad I cant find anymore as it was discontinued. Anyone if you know any racket has similar feel as Ti-10 pls let me know too, thx!

Nice list, you’ve covered most fast-frame options.

For a Ti-10–like feel (slight head heavy, fast swing), you could try Yonex Nanoray 900, Astrox 88S/77 (lighter versions), or Victor Jetspeed series. Not exactly the same, but similar speed + punch.

Ti-10 is pretty unique though, so hard to fully replace.

You can check options at Mirusports or similar stores to compare and see what fits best.

Nice list, I'm intrigued by the Gosen rackets, some sound very interesting. The only string I use now is the Gosen Ryzonic 65 too which I'm impressed with.

Ive got 5 rackets currently, all speedy-frames.

2x Victor HS plus 4u/3u
2x Nanoflare 800 original both 3u
1x Nanoflare 800pro 4u

Anytime I try out a slower-swinging racket it never lasts long, I just don't get the same enjoyment. Ive just ordered the new Auraspeed99 so let's see how that compares to the above. May sell the nanoflares if it's a success.

Started playing badminton after two years (residency) and already I am on my 4 th purchase
NF1000z
Mizuno caliber s pro
NF700
Auraspeed 100x OG
Auraspeed HS plus
I guess the Bladex 900new Li Ning

Hi guys, if the subject concerns rackets that are fast through the air and a little head heavy I think that the Felet Aerocarbon 4U/3U fits completely into this category but also the Jnice Black Panther 4U/3U and maybe the Kawasaki Honor S9 4U

FZ Forza Speed Light 100 4U

Hi there, nice list u have too. I think most of the rackets u listed are slightly too stiff for me coz I injured my wrist before. I was looking at the Lining bladex 900 max moon which gives me a diff type of speedy frame feel. If i cant find another gosen cocytus edge then i may go for that racket.

I think the Bladex 900new Li Ning u mention is the 1 with black n pink color scheme right? Yet to see it, looking forward haha

I tried swinging an empty Victor Fantome F recently, not a bad fast frame racket but not fast enuf for my liking. Also tried Felet Woven Eighty 8, quite fast too must slightly stiffer to my liking.

Try the bladex900 new the black pink one, it is the better one among the med stiff racquets

For me has to be Bravesword 12 3UG5. 3UG5 is chef's kiss. 4UG5 is a bit way too fast and feels a bit uneven for me.

Honestly surprised me as for an older racket. I can see why towards the Korean market they still use it to this day, even re-releasing it as a freecore version (Bravesword 12 Pro). I have it strung with Gosen's Ryzonic 65 at 24 by 26 pounds and it has to be one of the best rackets I have ever played with. I'm already thinking of getting a second one before it's all gone.

Honestly same. Ever since I bought Gosen Ryzonic 65 reel from buyee (it was less than 100!), it has to be the best feeling string. I got another reel from a friend when he was in Japan, it was only 60 dollars over there for a 200m reel! Really crazy.

I thought the Inferno frame would be gimmicky. Nice to know that you found a difference. The BS 12 is the fastest racket that I've used, love to defend with it. Do you find the Cocytus even faster with defence?

Hi bro, after a few months of playing with it, the inferno frame has similar speed if not faster speed vs bravesword frame. I think u will like it if u like BS12. Gosen cocytus edge has slightly more HH than BS12 thou.
