An incredible season at the plate continued for Aaron Judge on Sunday, and the New York Yankees star has managed to join some more elite company.

Judge hit two home runs in the Yankees' 12-5 win over the Athletics at Yankee Stadium. The second homer, which came in the seventh inning, was Judge's 30th of the season.

Judge now has five consecutive seasons with 30 or more homers. The only other Yankees with more consecutive seasons with 30-plus home runs since 1950 are Mickey Mantle, who accomplished the feat eight years in a row, and Alex Rodriguez, who did it seven straight years.

If you go back further, Judge's five consecutive seasons with 30-plus home runs place him behind only Lou Gehrig, Babe Ruth, Mantle and A-Rod.

Yankees most consecutive 30+ HR Seasons

9 Lou Gehrig 1929-37
8 Babe Ruth 1926-33
8 Mickey Mantle 1955-62
7 Alex Rodriguez 2004-10
5 Babe Ruth 1920-24
5 Joe DiMaggio 1937-41
5 Aaron Judge 2021-Current

Judge now has 44 career multi-homer games, which surpasses Gherig's 43. Mantle (46) and Ruth (68) are the only players in Yankees history with more multi-homer games.

Most multi-HR games, Yankees history:

Babe Ruth: 68
Mickey Mantle: 46
Aaron Judge: 44
Lou Gehrig: 43 https://t.co/QYNG7TvRwk

Judge is only 33, so he is going to continue chasing Yankee records. If he can put together several more seasons like the one he is having in 2025, he may wind up standing alone at the top of a number of lists.
